About the bank
Davr Bank is a private joint-stock commercial bank established in Tashkent in 2001: Central Bank licence No. 71 was issued on 29 September 2001 (the current licence was re-issued on 25 December 2021). The bank is privately owned and is listed by the Central Bank in the joint-stock commercial banks group. Its head office is in Shaykhantakhur district, on Navoi-Zarqaynar Street.
Davr Bank is a universal bank. Retail customers are offered Uzcard, Humo, Visa and Mastercard cards, a co-badged Uzcard–UnionPay card, deposits, mortgages, car loans, microloans and online microcredits; businesses get account services, loans, deposits, corporate cards, acquiring and payment acceptance via Davr Pay. Remote channels are the Davr Mobile 2.0 app (individuals) and Davr Business 2.0 (companies). According to the history on the bank’s website, district branches in Tashkent opened from 2008, a banking services centre in Chirchik in 2018, and centres in Bukhara, Termez, Karshi, Fergana and Namangan in 2022; as of October 2026 the website lists 39 offices and 53 ATMs.
For travellers
Currency exchange is available at branches and banking services centres; the website lists them under “bank branches for currency exchange”. The only international transfer service named on the website is Visa Direct: transfers from the Davr Mobile 2.0 app to Visa cards abroad (1.5 % fee, minimum $1). The site gives no information on cash remittance systems such as Western Union or MoneyGram, on foreign cards at the bank’s ATMs, or on accounts for non-residents. Offices are open Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (lunch 13:00–14:00); the 1284 contact centre works around the clock.
Fees, rates and opening hours can change — check the bank’s website or call its short number.
