About the bank
Tayanch Mikromoliya Banki is a joint-stock company and the first credit institution in Uzbekistan to operate with the status of a microfinance bank. The legal entity was set up in 2022 as Tayyab Finance Mikromoliya Tashkiloti LLC (its Central Bank licence was issued on 16 December 2022), converted into a joint-stock company in 2024, and on 6 November 2025 received Central Bank banking licence No. 96; the bank’s official opening ceremony took place on 5 September 2026. The bank is privately owned: in the Central Bank classification it belongs neither to the state-owned banks nor to the banks with foreign capital.
The bank specialises in microfinance for small and medium-sized businesses, sole proprietors and households: the Oila Tayanchi loan, savings deposits (Tayanchim, Bugunoq Foyda), business deposits, settlement and cash services and remote banking. According to the official website, lending to women entrepreneurs and financing green projects are among its priorities. The head office is on Muqimiy Street in the Chilanzar district of Tashkent, with banking service centres in Tashkent (Novza), Andijan, Bukhara and Karshi.
For travellers
Tayanch is a small bank aimed mainly at local customers: it issues only the soum-denominated Uzcard card (at a branch with a passport or ID card, or by online order in the Tayanch app), and no international Visa/Mastercard cards or international money-transfer systems are listed on its website. Since October 2026 currency exchange has been available in the Tayanch mobile app (through a foreign-currency account) and at the cash desk of the Novza banking services centre in Tashkent. The app works in Uzbek, Russian and English and allows an account and an e-wallet to be opened remotely. Call centre: +998 55 777 11 11.
