About
The Agency for Governance Efficiency was established by Decree PF-111 of 14 July 2025 on the basis of the Civil Service Development Agency. It implements state policy on the civil service and governance efficiency: it runs the open competitive recruitment system for civil servants, evaluates managers against KPIs and prepares proposals to streamline the structures of state bodies.
The most practical service for the public is the portal of open competitions for civil-service vacancies, where any citizen can apply online for posts in ministries and local administrations. The agency also coordinates training and professional development of civil servants.
