About
The Cadastre Agency is the authorised body for state registration of real estate rights, maintenance of state cadastres, geodesy and cartography. In 2023 it moved under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and in November 2025 Decree PF-219 transferred it to the newly created National Committee for Urbanisation and Sustainable Development of the Housing Market.
The agency provides 11 types of public services: registration of real estate rights, cadastral passports, registration of mortgage and lease agreements, property certificates, address assignment and more; all are available through the Public Service Centres and my.gov.uz. The State Cadastre Chamber, the National Aerogeodesy Centre and other organisations belong to its system.
The hotline is 1097; the head office is on Choponota Street in Tashkent, with a department in every region and branches in the districts.
