About
The Supreme Court is the highest judicial body for civil, criminal, economic and administrative proceedings. After the 2017 reform the Higher Economic Court was merged into the Supreme Court, creating a single highest instance. The Supreme Court guides the judicial practice of lower courts and issues Plenum explanations; logistical support of the courts is handled by the Department under the Supreme Court.
The court system consists of the court of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent City courts, district and city courts, and economic and administrative courts. Citizens can file applications and appeals through the E-SUD electronic system (my.sud.uz) and search court decisions in the open database.
The Supreme Court building is on Abdulla Qodiriy Street in Tashkent’s Shayxontohur district; the citizens’ reception is open on working days.
