About
The Presidential Administration supports the work of the President of Uzbekistan as head of state: it drafts decrees and resolutions and coordinates the work of state bodies and the implementation of reforms. Its structure was updated in July 2025, and several agencies and centres operate under it.
For citizens the key channel is the system of appeals to the President. An appeal can be sent online via the President’s Virtual Reception (pm.gov.uz), by phoning 1000 or 0-800-210-00-00, or in person at the President’s People’s Reception, found in every city and district. Appeals are forwarded to the relevant agencies and their handling is monitored.
