About

The Youth Affairs Agency is an independent national body implementing state youth policy; it was separated from the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports in the reforms of 2023–2024. The agency works with young people aged 14–30: targeted support for those in difficulty through the “Youth Notebook”, entrepreneurship and employment programmes, education grants, the volunteer movement, youth centres and clubs.

The agency implements the “Youth of New Uzbekistan 2030” strategy and organises international youth exchanges and festivals. Every district has a youth affairs office and every neighbourhood a youth leader.

The hotline is 1093; the head office is on Alisher Navoiy Street in Tashkent.
