Ayaz-Kala Yurt Camp
A yurt camp at the foot of the Ayaz-Kala ruins, with desert views, a café with panoramic windows and camel rides to the fortress.
Ayaz-Kala Yurt Camp sits at the foot of the ancient Ayaz-Kala fortress in Ellikqala District, about 500 m from its walls. Guests sleep in yurts or traditional huts, with views across the desert and the surrounding hills.
The café’s large windows face Ayaz-Kala, and the menu is Uzbek. A family of camels lives at the camp: for an extra fee you can ride up to the fortress, or walk about 300 m over the sand. The ramparts are a fine place to watch the sunset.
