On the official Oqtepa Lavash website this branch goes by the name Samarqand Bulvar. It stands on Orzu Mahmudov Street right beside KFC, about 600 m south-west of University Boulevard.

The menu is built around lavash wraps with beef or chicken (plain, with cheese or baked in a tandoor), plus pita doner, shawarma, a hamburger, a club sandwich and a cheese hot dog. According to the chain's menu, the Super Pita is sold only in Samarkand. In October 2026 a large lavash cost 37,000 som and a lavash meal deal 59,000. Wi-Fi is available.
