A boutique hotel refurbished in November 2025 on a quiet street by a park, about 300 m from the Amir Temur statue and 650 m from Gur-e-Amir.
Karim Parkside is a small hotel on Uzbekistan Street beside a leafy park. The Amir Temur statue is about 300 m away, the Rukhobod Mausoleum 400 m, Gur-e-Amir 650 m and the Registan roughly a kilometre. It was fully refurbished in November 2025 in a modern European style with subtle Uzbek touches.
Rooms come as standard and superior twins, superior queens and deluxe doubles. Breakfast is included, and there is laundry, airport and station transfers, excursions and guide services, plus outdoor parking. The hotel sits back among residential courtyards, so taxi drivers do not always find it first time.
Information checked: October 2026. Prices and hours can change — call ahead before you go. We do not take bookings: contact the venue directly.
