Café · Samarkand
A central bakery café serving croissants and other pastries, coffee, desserts and heartier dishes from an international menu. Daily 8:00–22:30.
Bon! is the Samarkand branch of a Tashkent chain of bakery cafés, opened at the end of 2025. It stands on Amir Temur Street, about 390 m from Alisher Navoi Park, and its two floors are done out with big arched windows, plants and soft armchairs. Mornings bring the breakfast and coffee-and-croissant crowd, lunchtime a fuller meal: the menu is international, with proper dishes alongside the pastries and desserts.
An April 2026 review put two cappuccinos and two croissants at about 100,000 som. By evening the pastry counter is noticeably thinner.
Information checked: October 2026. Prices and hours can change — call ahead before you go. We do not take bookings: contact the venue directly.
