Hotel · Samarkand
A 29-room family hotel about 400 m from the Registan, with a courtyard of pomegranate trees, a small pool and a buffet breakfast.
Zarina is a family-run hotel on an old-town street roughly 400 m from Registan Square and 400–500 m from the Gur-e-Amir and Rukhobod mausoleums. Inside is a pleasant courtyard with pomegranate trees and a small open-air pool, and the interiors are full of Uzbek decorative detail.
The 29 rooms have air conditioning and TV. Breakfast is a buffet, served with proper brewed coffee. Room standards vary — some have been refreshed, others are due for renovation. A handy base for walking between the main monuments, which lie on either side.
Information checked: October 2026. Prices and hours can change — call ahead before you go. We do not take bookings: contact the venue directly.
