An evening restaurant on Uzbekistan Street with an international menu (sushi, oysters and seafood, Italian and Russian dishes), live music and hookah, open until 2am.
Bellis, on Uzbekistan Street southwest of the centre, is about as close as Samarkand gets to a nightlife restaurant. Live music often plays in the evenings, hookah is on offer and the room fills up fast.
The menu is international: sushi and rolls, oysters and other seafood, Italian dishes, Russian shchi and steaks, plus vegetarian options and wine. It is a favourite with Samarkand's well-heeled crowd, and prices are well above the city average. Doors open at 11am and stay open until 2am.
Information checked: October 2026. Prices and hours can change — call ahead before you go. We do not take bookings: contact the venue directly.
