Terminal and flights
Before reopening, the runway, taxiways and aircraft stands were completely overhauled and a new 1,100 m² terminal for 100 passengers an hour was built. The first arrival was a Silk Avia ATR 72-600 from Tashkent carrying 48 passengers.
The board for 20–22 October 2026 showed two flights to Tashkent (airport code IYO).
Getting to town
The airport is right next to the town of Sariosiyo, about 1 km from the centre.
