Uzbekistan's southernmost airport has a 3-km runway that can take any passenger jet. Silk Avia provides most of the links to Tashkent.

The runway measures 3,000 × 60 m (cement concrete) and there are 12 aircraft stands. After a major rebuild the airport was certified to ICAO Category I and can handle aircraft such as the Airbus A330, Boeing 787 and Boeing 747-400.

Central Termez is about 12 km away by road — a taxi is the easiest option.
