Metar Shashlik

Metar Shashlik is on At-Termizi Street in Boysun, about 700 m from the Boysun crafts centre. The town is known for its centuries-old traditions, and travellers heading for the mountain villages often stop here.
The speciality is shashlik made from local meat; diners praise its flavour as well as the chilled chalop and the service. Closed on Sundays. Boysun bus station is about 2.6 km away.
