A long-established restaurant in the northwest of the city with a Victorian-style interior and European and Uzbek dishes, popular with families and tour groups.
Noviy Arbat ('New Arbat') has been serving diners on Mirzo Ulugbek Street, in the northwest of the city, for many years; the railway station is about 2.3 km away. The dining room is decorated in Victorian style and kept clean and comfortable, and it is used for family gatherings as well as tour groups.
The menu offers European and Uzbek dishes — guidebooks mention the onion soup and lamb kebabs — and doors open at 8am. Reviews rate the service and setting well, though some guests feel prices run high for the quality.
Information checked: October 2026. Prices and hours can change — call ahead before you go. We do not take bookings: contact the venue directly.
