Uzbegim is in the small town of Jomboy, on Toshkent–Samarqand Yuli Street, about 12 km in a straight line from Registan Square in Samarkand. The dining rooms are decorated in warm colours with eastern motifs, and a separate banquet hall makes it a venue for family celebrations too.
The menu runs from Uzbek dishes — beef plov and shashlik among them — to European ones such as chicken soup and borscht. Open daily from 8:00 to 23:00.
