Uram is a 24-hour teahouse in the north of Margilan. The food is laid out in the open and you choose by looking into the pots. Regulars praise the pumpkin shurpa served in a clay pot, the tender shashlik and the sensible prices.
The room is plain but the atmosphere is that of a genuine neighbourhood choyxona. The Yodgorlik silk factory is about a kilometre away.
