Café · Gulistan
A central café serving somsa, fried lagman, grilled liver and other Uzbek dishes, with takeaway and delivery.
Dilhush is an Uzbek café on Islam Karimov Avenue and one of the busiest places to eat in Gulistan. The menu runs from somsa and fried lagman to grilled liver, soups and other local dishes. The regional museum is about a kilometre away.
The somsa wins the most praise, though some recent reviews say standards have slipped on certain dishes.
