A kebab house on Namaton Street serving several kinds of shashlik and Uzbek dishes — one of the best-rated grills in town.
Namaton Shashlik is on Namaton Street in north-eastern Shahrisabz, about 800 m from Kitob station and 3–4 km from the historic centre.
People come mainly for the shashlik, though other Uzbek dishes are available too, and diners rate the food highly. A taxi from the centre is the easiest way to get there. Kitob station is close by, so it is convenient before or after a train.
