Sayfullo Bobo is on Tinchlik Street on the northern edge of Shahrisabz, about 250 m from Kitob railway station, and is one of the most-rated places to eat in town.
The draws are shashlik, lula kebab and samsa; according to reviews, both the meat and the suzma (strained yoghurt) are prepared on site. Prices are low and service is simple; they also make coffee. A handy spot near the station for rail travellers.
