One of Andijan's best-known restaurants, serving Turkish, Caucasian and Uzbek dishes, sesame bread with haydari, and set lunches.
Sultan Ahmed is a large restaurant on Muqimiy Street next to the Yangi Bozor shopping centre. The menu spans Turkish, Caucasian and Uzbek cooking, and regulars recommend the round sesame bread with haydari, a strained-yoghurt dip. The main hall is divided into smoking and non-smoking areas.
Set business lunches are served at midday. The railway station is about 470 metres away.
