A plov centre on Guseynov Street in the west of the city, serving Samarkand plov only at lunchtime: Monday to Saturday, 11:30–15:00.
Ulfatlar Osh is in the western part of the city, about 2 km west of Alisher Navoi Park. It is popular with residents — reviewers say taxi drivers know exactly where to go if you ask for “Ulfatlar plov”. In summer there is seating on an open terrace.
The draw is Samarkand plov; one portion feeds two or three. An early-2026 review put a portion at 88,000 som and salads at 8,000–10,000. Order salads, bread and tea alongside. Closed on Sundays.
Information checked: October 2026. Prices and hours can change — call ahead before you go. We do not take bookings: contact the venue directly.
