A hugely popular Andijan canteen serving shurpa, mastava, somsa and other Uzbek staples from 5 am.
Gumbaz Parhez Taomlari is a canteen-café on Babur Avenue. As the name ('parhez' means diet) suggests, it serves lighter dishes alongside everyday Uzbek food such as shurpa, mastava and somsa. It opens at 5 am, drawing early travellers and breakfast regulars.
It is very busy, and some recent reviews criticise individual dishes. Closed on Tuesdays.
Information checked: October 2026. Prices and hours can change — call ahead before you go. We do not take bookings: contact the venue directly.
