Ayvan is on Islam Khoja Street in Itchan Kala, about 100 m from the minaret. The dining room is finely decorated in local style, and when it is not too hot you can eat on the rooftop terrace.

Plates are well presented and generous: aubergine salad, okroshka, hot dishes and desserts. Prices are lower than at many other places inside the walls. Open daily 11:00–23:00.
