Terrassa is one of the most talked-about restaurants inside Itchan Kala. Its open-air terrace sits above the old-town rooftops, with views of Kalta Minor, the Islam Khoja Minaret and the madrasah domes — at their finest at sunset.

The menu offers shashlik, mastava soup, plov and other Uzbek and Khorezmian dishes at mid-range prices. The terrace fills up quickly in the evening, so book a sunset table in advance.

Open daily 11:00–23:30. Kalta Minor is only about 140 m away.
