Zarafshon is inside Itchan Kala, just 40 m from the Islam Khoja Minaret. There are plenty of outdoor tables, shaded at midday by the neighbouring building.

Most local dishes are on the menu — qutab flatbreads, chebureki, plov, soups and pastries — and there is sometimes music in the evening. Open daily 08:00–22:00, so breakfast is an option too.
