Magistral is a plov centre in the newer part of Bukhara, where locals and visitors come for Bukhara-style plov cooked with chickpeas and raisins. Portions are generous.

The spacious site has winter and summer halls, with some tables screened off by wooden partitions. It serves lunch only, 10:00–14:00, and lies about 2 km from the old town — easiest by taxi.
