Mo.Salah Zigʻir Oshi is a no-frills plov canteen about 500 m from the Ark, near the market. Its name refers to Bukhara’s famous plov cooked in linseed oil; on the menu are Bukhara plov with chickpeas and raisins and a Samarkand version.
The hall is clean and calm and service is quick. Order tomato salad, flatbread and compote alongside; prices are low. Open 11:30–17:00.
