Ayvan is the restaurant of Lyabi House Hotel, about 100 m from Lyab-i Hauz. It occupies the carved and painted ayvan of a 19th-century Bukharan house, with seating on the veranda, in the inner courtyard or in an air-conditioned room.
The menu offers Uzbek dishes with a contemporary twist plus European options, nicely presented. It opens at 08:00, prices are low and cards are accepted.
